All purchases arrive beautifully wrapped in our bespoke French’s Dairy boxes which have been made in Paris and are tied with grossgrain ribbon.
Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95. All orders received by 2pm will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery, they are fully insured and will require a signature on receipt. Overseas delivery is charged at £15 and will arrive within 1-7 working days. We also offer a premium same day delivery service within London postcodes costing £15.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we have a 7 day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return an item simply email returns@frenchsdairy.com to obtain your returns authorisation number and return using the prepaid postage label.
